Frequently Asked Questions
Dumpster Rental Service located in Rockville, MD.
We rent dumpsters to everyone! Most of our clients are DIY homeowners, businesses, and contractors.
When you order your dumpster, our customer service representatives will let you know the weight limit. The size of the dumpster determines the maximum capacity.
We offer 15 to 25-yard dumpsters. You can call us, and one of our customer service representatives will help book the right dumpster for you.
Prices for our Dumpster Rentals vary based on your service type. Your location and many other factors include size, debris type, weight or debris, location, and rental period.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
We specialize in working with most types of home improvement, demolition, and clean-out projects. Still, there are some items we don’t have the resources to dispose of per EPA guidelines. Those items include:
- Biohazardous materials/medical waste.
- Paint (although dry paint cans are permissible).
- Propane tanks.
- Liquids, Solvents, Freon, Chemicals.
- Equipment containing gas or oil.
If you need to dispose of any of these materials, let us know, and we’ll direct you to the appropriate agency.
Each municipality has different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets, or any other public right away. Contact your local city, and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits. Roll Off On The Go Rentals is not responsible for obtaining proper permits.
Our experienced drivers will follow all guidelines to properly drop off and pick up the dumpster for your job. At the same time, a dumpster will not damage most driveways. However, there are some conditions (cracked or broken driveways, dirt/stone/rock. driveways, grass) where some damage may occur due to the weight of a dumpster. To minimize the chance of injury, avoid overloading the dumpster. Roll Off On The Go Rentals is not financially liable for the damages caused by regular dumpster operations.
When loading a dumpster, ensure all debris is placed inside the container. Do not leave anything hanging over the sides or sticking through the top of the dumpster. It could delay your waste pick-up because drivers cannot haul overloaded dumpsters. Customers will be responsible for removing any overfilled waste from the dumpster.
We only pick up the roll-off dumpster once we are notified. Therefore, you must call to schedule pick-up on or before the last day of your rental period. Please note that if you do not contact us before the last day of your rental period, you will be charged a fee for each additional day you keep your dumpster.
